If you are a homeowner: From that first telephone or website contact, I assess a client's needs by getting to know their preferences, habits, family dynamic, and comfort levels. I listen! Then we schedule a home consultation where I take pictures and measurements of your space. We draft an initial plan of action by finding out what inspires you, what gives you peace, comfort and joy. Then I go back to my workroom and create a proposal that will address your needs. Through phone calls, emails and photos, we develop our plan of action until it's complete.

If you are a designer: I love the collaboration between workroom and interior designer! I listen to you and do my best to anticipate your needs, take care of the details, and keep you informed of our progress from start to installation. Telephone calls will be answered, voice-mails returned, and emails answered. I do not guess—I do not assume. I pick up the telephone or email you with pictures to make sure I have the details right. It’s very important to me to have a happy homeowner, every time!
